Uranertz explored the area in the late '70's but then the market collapsed and they left. So, the answer is no - there are no producers and no deposits have been discovered (yet)in NW Ontario. RPT hit 2% over 1.5 meters and a 19% grab sample last year - not too far away from TAL's claim block. The Sibley basin has been compared to the Athabasca and it's a matter of time before U3O8 is found in a lareger intercept. Unlike the Athabasca and Otish, there aren't many companies exploring in this area; however that could change in a heartbeat. IMO, this is as good a bet as any. Good luck! Sam
