Essentials of the CS-SST deal in a nutshell

Essentials of the CS-SST deal in a nutshellCS will own 30% of SST fully diluted, so 30% of the increase in SST's market cap accrues on the books to CS. The whole rationale of the deal is that CS's 30% ownership of SST will do more to increase CS's market cap than the adjusted NPV of income lost by CS will hurt CS's market cap. Putting this another way, the value of CS's 30% ownership of SST will increase faster than lost income will accrue. Tooclassy
