Just speculating - i wonder if PDI and CQV may have had some sort of falling out. There has been nothing on the PDI news site for some time, while before we were getting many photos and updates. Perhaps Mr. Minty went a step too far and he got caught with both hands in the cookie jar. If we had an offer from the USA or China there would be some ongoing negociations and i would not expect a speedy conclusion, perhaps a week or so at best. The same time frame, i think would apply to any negociations for a farm out deal etc. No news is good news if we are in negociations, and i am happy to wait till we get the right deal.
