RE: Any one received TM shares? As stated in the TM document, eventually TRGD shareholders will get TM shares, but the distribution time and rate are not determined at this time. I was talking about those shares that people participated in the TM private placement closed about one month ago. Any TRGD shareholder could participate in the TM private placement but they need to pay cash to the company.
