Capital gain from the disposition of investments is a secondary objective of the Fund. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by utilizing a dynamic asset allocation strategy among multiple fixed income sectors in the global credit markets, including corporate debt (including, among other things, fixed-, variable- and floating-rate bonds, loans (including, but not limited to, bank and/or other syndicated loans and non-syndicated (private direct) loans), convertible securities and stressed debt securities issued by United States or foreign (non-United States) corporations or other business entities. RE: let''''s try to get the stock down to 6 cents- just to add to what 'donat50' so level headedly said; most of the 13 millions odd shares were bought between 11.5 and 12 cents. unless they need money very, very badly i don't think they are going to dispose of their shares at 6 cents / share. 8 cents may be a remote possibility. tum
