RE: FIMATI would also disagree with the statement. To me the 10 day or 30 day average price is irrelevant. The company (or part of it) will sell for whatever it's worth or what Don and the board are willing to sell it for. Do you really think that Don will say " ok the average trading price has been $25 therefore I guess you can have the whole ball for $37" ? Not on your life. If the pharmas are not willing to pay what Don and the board want then it doesn't sell. We go to trials and move forward from there. Don has said minimum $60...if he doesn't get at least that.......well see you after the trials at a much higher price.
