The Company conducts all its activities through its subsidiaries, the Operating Partnership and Subsidiary Partnerships, engaged in the ownership, operation, management, leasing, acquisition, renovation, expansion, development and financing of community and neighborhood shopping centers and mixed-used properties, primarily in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area. The Company operates through two business segments: Shopping Centers and Mixed-Use Properties. The Company operates and manages a real estate portfolio of over 57 operating properties, totaling approximately 9.8 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), and four development properties. The operating property portfolio is composed of 50 neighborhood and community shopping centers, and seven mixed-use properties totaling approximately 7.9 million and 1.9 million square feet of GLA, respectively.

RE: Under $0.60 is - All goneThis is AWESOME. Hats off to management. It is refreshing to see a dividend given out in a so called "penny stock" situation. Albeit not a penny stock for long. I suspect this is tightly held by insiders with a micro float. (how else could anyone pick it up at this price if it had a following). In any other situation a widely held stock in this situation would already be over $1.00 (pre-dividend) I wonder what managements plan is, as to the frequency of dividends......H3ll if its quarterly this is a $5.00+ stock. No matter..... this is impressive - now the problem is; how to accumulate it in the next 5 days.
