The Company holds a 100-per-cent stake in 29 claims, covering 1,791 acres, in the Gander gold district in north-central Newfoundland located adjacent to New Found Gold Corp.’s Queensway North project; and a 100-per-cent stake in nine claims and an option to acquire a further 100-per-cent interest in 19 claims, covering a total 1,730 acres, in central Newfoundland located adjacent to Marathon Gold's Valentine Lake property. Its Grub Line property is located 3.5 kilometers west of the town of Gander, NL. The Quinn Lake Property comprises two contiguous mineral licenses totaling 700 hectares (ha).

Dale Tingley Selling

In February Tingley bought 5 million shares on the open market at around the .13 level. Roughly a $600k investment. His first sale just showed up. He sold 1 million shares at .455. So now he has 4 million left but I imagine in the next couple of days we will see more sales reported. If he sells the 5 million at an average of .40 he will pocket $1.4 million for a months work. If there is any such thing as insider trading and any ethics left in this world, this man should be doing a lot more time than Martha Stewart. Can anyone say PUMPNDUMP.
