Why Is BQI Going Down So Much?

Why Is BQI Going Down So Much?I have been holding BQI long and am starting to wonder if there is any hope for this stock. I keep losing money every day with it as it falls. Do you think it is falling because there really isn't any substance to the stock, or do you think it is manipulation of some sort and then it will go up again as it has done in the past?
