Shorts would only be declared if the house in total was short.... lots of stock in 4 month hold that could be shorted against and not be declared.... with everything else the vancouver exchange has going on do you really think that shorts would actually be declared...? The exchange police are too busy patting the real scamers on the back for doing a good fleece job. Case in point....
