The IP will be completedsomeone posted "what if IP cannot be completed" Why wouldn't it? Guy has his own money invested, he would not let his money fail. Delays happen. This will be completed. When it does these levels will look like a bargain. Patience will be rewarded-IMO. After all I have invested my money here. FKLOSTER
