Why Is This Stock So Cheap?

Why Is This Stock So Cheap?I am new to this stock. Is it trading at such a low price because it it doesn't have earnings and is in danger of running out of money and going bankrup? I think it is in a great area and am surprised that it is not more popular. Does anyone know if there is any analyst coverage and targets for this stock?
