RE: You''''ve missed the point altogether.

RE: You''''ve missed the point altogether.Interesting debate going on here with valid points being made by both camps! I am curious however by Tradergod's last comment: "Don't assume further dilution at this point. Hasn't happened yet." Almost sounds like someone has knowledge of a transaction forthcoming such as a J/V in which PAX may not need further funding, as in our being carried to production by a major partner. To do that, one would certainly have to give up 70% of the project, perhaps in two or more stages. If so, then debt financing for our 30% commitment thereafter may be possible, but I would expect that we would still require some equity financing as a prerequisite, before we ould get any meaningful debt financing. Otherwise, Tradergod's sentence has no meaning whatsoever, due to the use of the weasel words "...at this point" and "....yet". The fact that there are "only" 135 mm o/s thus far, at what is still the exploration phase, is of concern, and given Dr. Meade's performance with YZC to date, one cannot be assured that more paper won't be flowing here at PAX for a long time to come. Yes, YZC and PAX are two totally different prospects, but the commonality is in the management, and what ArtemusJ stated in his last post about the market's concerns have some validity, whether we like it or not. We just have to wait and see how PAX turns out. I am hoping for a solid J/V sooner than later, and wish every shareholder the best.
