RE: Is NRI worthless?'My guess is that shareholders would accept an offer at $1, and the company would be swallowed quickly' This is one shareholder who would gladly accept an offer for $1 and in the process end the on-going expecatations and dissppointments that have plaqued this company over the years. I believe the best chance for approval of Pennsaid in a timely manner is by transfering ownership to an American company. Based on the last NR I think a small Canadian co trying to go it alone is tough tough uphill battle.... Dan and co - if you haven't already, I recommend that the management team pursue offers to purchase the company in 2007. John
