Lol. Interesting theory. My question is this. Who is selling and who is buying, since the "bid" was put in? I think the dissidents(of which I am now one reluctantly) had the voting power hands down prior to the bid. But someone is selling a lot of shares here. Has it been the dissidents? Or the delinquents? THAT IS THE SALIENT question NOW.
