RE: 3 mil shares, private placement?Hi Jonnng,I could be wrong,but I believe these shares were giving to Hochschild for exm part in the JV with them.It's not likely that Hochschild will be selling them.Hochschild knows that they are going to go up in value as they bring the Moris Mine into production in the 3rd quarter.I'm still picking more up at this cheap price.IMHOP.Have a good day pal.
