RE: Insiders buying...Ask Dr. Paper (Harlan Meade) how much more paper he anticpates giving away this year in the form of PPs, warrants, options and outright giveaways. Then ask him how many warrants remain unexercised. That, more than anything, will give you an idea as to where this stock is going. Any positive announcement that results in new buying, will only get crushed by all the warrants that are yet to be exercised.
