Here we go again

Here we go againLet's see now - if we take an average of 4 million shares a day keeping the price between 17 and 19 to accomodate the buyback we will have another month's rest before the stock can start to move to the level all the experts say it should be at. Will there be another buyback next year? The usual reasons for buyback as I understand it is to show management confidence in the stock, produce higher rate of return per share to increase dividends so that large funds etc. will be interested. I wonder how long the funds will sit on this if it continues to not increase dividends and the promoter continues to trade the stock within a narrow range to accomodate the buyback as it has in the past. And what if the price of oil and gas goes back down?
