Status of Stelco''s Pension

Status of Stelco''s PensionDoes anyone know the status of the Stelco pension fund in regards to deficiency? The on going trauma in the RCMP and the accusations that money was scorched out of the pension funds and becomes immune to investigation makes some suspicious about the scorching of Stelco's Pension Fund. After all it was the deficiency of Stelco's pension plan which established the principal criteria to put Stelco into CCAA. There were obvious reasons for investigation into the sham plan to ripoff the Stelco shareholders. It's looking better every day to see a major effort by the US justice system to pinch Lord Black. I am not saying the Lord is guilty, but a verdict in favour of the prosecutors will put our RCMP and the OSC to shame.
