Management

ManagementA little harsh there aber. It appears that the mishandling of the lead concentrate took place during the final stage of loading at the dock. At least, that is how I interpret what we have learned so far. I would guess that the dock operations are not supervised by ECU. They might even be unionized with contract provisions that would restrict outside interference - just my speculation. I understand also that someone at the dock might have dumped concentrate dust into the water. I believe it is too early to blame IVW management for the possibility that concentrate ended up in the water at dockside and/or in the local bird population. If some serious mishandling took place at the mine site that would be IVW's fault. Maybe you should cut them a little slack for now.
