RE: Looking forward
RE: Looking forwardHi "stocksnbonds" & "shaner36" ,
I just wanted to point out that purpose of my post was more a follow-up commentary to point out the inaccuracies of "orionab"'s original post (see below), where the # of O/S shares indicated fully diluted was incorrect (93 million vs actual 129 million shares) and also in his EPS calculation the # shares & revenue $ #'s were reversed.
No rocket science here on my part - I simply took the $38 million revenue # and divided by 129 million O/S shares which gives $0.29 EPS vs his incorrect $2.00 EPS. My 10x earnings estimate was based more on my expected share price for FNI by year end, namely $3.00, (0.29 x 10 = $2.90 -close enough!). It was not my intention here to "pull apart" the $38 million revenue # provided with the legitimate additional +/- costs mentioned.
All the best,
Victor
"Next year they are on course to earn 38 mil net. Their outstanding shares are 93 mil, 93 devided by 38 would give FNI approx $2 per share profit. If that is correct and we give this metal miner a valuation of 4x earning (which is conservative)the stock should be valued at $8.00 by the end of next year. Does anyone agree or disagree?"
