Why is PBG Down Today?

Why is PBG Down Today?I noticed that Suncor, Talisman, Encana and Petro-Canada are all up today, so at least some oil companies are up. Why do you think PBG is down? Do you think that once the latest private placement closes on or around April 5th that PBG will go higher?
