RE: Feb 21 -2001 , distribution of sharesincorrect info about the float - see below - (the distribution you spoke of occurred before the company was purchased by fairchild): for years ended december 31, 2002 and 2001 - page 7 under business combination - which reads: on august 3,1995, the company acquired the entire issued and outstanding share capital of springbend investment company limited so who knows who owns what now. i cant find any insider information on this company whatsoever.. anyone else?
