RE: Warrants

RE: WarrantsI guess that is the question. Is the share price of PAX Irrational? Aside from the size of the resource is there any other reason why someone would buy this company? Being an owner of a great deposit is one thing but in the ground it is worth nothing. We know that in order to fund work we will have to either issue shares or sell a %age in a JV. Normally that is fine however with so many shares already outstanding how many more shares will it take? As shareholders, we may find our ownership of this deposited diluted out from under us. So we hope for a JV. Problem is any potential partner knows we need cash and therefore terms of such a deal are unlikely to be favourable. While I have not had the chance to meet management their remarks/boasts given in the public domain do not lend credibility. HM's rather tearse email to a shareholder and Jasmin,s statment about there being a reaction to the pending news both have fallen flat. Given this information is not 'from the horse's mouth' it's possible they've been misquoted or taken out of context? Personally, my view is influenced by the amount of paper issued by HM both with PAX and YZC and by the fact shareholders in his companies have not done well. If someone who has met our management could give a balanced account of their impressions I'd appriciate it.
