RE: WarrantsKruzer70... yes, what does one ask PAX management? If you were to ask the obvious question: Why are you so stupid? What kind of response would you get? I doubt they could answer it. I am sure they believe they know what they are doing and that is the problem. They don't. The only thing they know is how to do is explore. Period. The share price shows it. They have negotiated extremely poor deals for new financing, they keep giving away paper frivolously, they keep giving away warrants that they shouldn't, they do not work the market very well, their timing for NRs and PPs is way off, they are not seeking out relationships with more worthy investment sources and they are not seeking listing the stock outside of the TSE. Seems they think the stock price will just go up by magic. Duh... There is a reason companies with $30 ton ore or $50 ton ore are doing 100 or more times better than PAX. They work the market far more intelligently and do not rely on magic to make things work. They make it work themselves.
