RE: 4 Months Since last Update

RE: 4 Months Since last UpdateI completely agree with TheRock17, and reiterate my earlier concerns, expressed below from an earlier posting, that AUN investor relations leaves much to be desired. In fact it seems that TheRock17 and I are now on the same page regarding this subject... At any rate, has anyone actually spoken to an informed AUN representative about the delay? -------------------------------------------- TheRock17, Although I have been quitely reading your posts for a while, and respect your analysis and opinion, I disagree with your comments about anaylst coverage. The fact that this company does not yet have analyst coverage is surprising to me, and is indicative of the fact Colin is not doing what his position demands. If Colin is kept out the information loop then he should not be I.R. I know about the newsletter coverage, but at this juncture, I think that is now insufficient. There are a host of juniors that are pre-production or advanced exploration that have reasonable analyst coverage, and their I.R. people are very much part of the information loop - kind of pointless to have I.R. people if they are nopt privy to, or trusted with, key corporate information. I have been holding and following AUN since 2004 (I first bought at $0.19), including coming to this board to read the posts when, frankly, not much was happening. I believe that the AUN share price is now suffering due to this lack of analyst coverage, and firmly believe that management and and I.R. should be actively soliciting coverage from the analyst community. To be sure, I do believe that AUN will rise as it progresses with its production operations and acquistions. This, however, in my view, is no excuse for managment/IR not to concurrently sell the AUN story to analysts, and get some onboard, to maximize the potential of its story (speculative value) for the benefit of its loyal shareholders... like me. To not do this is negligent... but that's just my opinion. Regards, Bentonstocks
