RE: passive syn

RE: passive synBQI up 12.23% today on 3.4million shares traded? Anyone know what's up? I've thought about that stock swap a bit, and it seems like a good deal for Wescorp from a tax standpoint, since the original basis on the SYN shares remains intact. I believe the xfer was not a taxable event. It would most make sense if WSCE were about to get more involved with BQI, or knew something we (at least I) don't. At one time Statoil was looking for oil sands assets, but then they got caught up with Norsk Hydro in that merger. They probably haven't stopped looking. Just trying to connect the dots. I would have a lot more faith if Wescorp didn't seem to be run by a such a bunch of Canuk bumpkins at times. Hope those high powered Washington DC lawyers are looking out for the shareholders.
