ECC :ROI versus CIC: ROI

I am convinced ECC deployment offers significant ROI or no body would deploy it. However,at no point have I seen or heard CIC's management show the slightest interest in using ROI to measure their lack luster performance. Don't they teach ROE and ROI to CMA's . Is it merely understood by C.A.'s or it simply CIC's CFO who doesn't get it? I would suggest that if the CFO doesn't get it then he should be the next to go. We need performers not excuse makers and master denialists or rationalizers. CIC has lost too much time and ground. It should get rid of any and all sub-performers- including all management, staff, and BOD members. Shareholders must become intolerant of mediocrity for this company to move swiftly forward.
