RE: hey walt... you call their actions a plan?? I do think there is a plan. And it is something not immediately transparent. Or obvious. But yes I suspect a plan. Do I think it benefits us? Not really. Not at all. But if we play it the way you suggest, we can at least maximize the profits. This deal coulda been the biggest deal of the last five years. Instead it appears to be slipping away to foreign ownership for butkus. Brilliant. One of us should have figured out how to pull the same coup. But Gary is right, this could get upped or another offer could come through. Amazing actually that Richmont hasn't offered 1.20 in stock and cash. Amazing. I still think they might.
