RE: Goldman8

RE: Goldman8Have you an idea how much the Moris Mine will produce 2008? I more or less see a bottom...ManHatten's historical production ended with about 30k ounces in the last year of production. They were not efficient, crush size was too big and coarse gold slipped through. Hochschild believes that they can make substantial improvements to increase recovery rates. So you should feel safe using a starting number of 30k ounces. In talks with management, using historic production numbers and costs, a conservative number of 3 million came about as EXM's share. There's alot that could change that for the better as resources are added. (higher grades found?) In your opinion where will EXM be in 2 years? All I can say to that is...if P.M.'s stay strong, we will be higher. How much higher? Too many things are going to be happening to even guess at that. I mean, in a past NR, it was stated that if production could be had at Reyna (limited), that it would be seriously considered as a way to cover some exploration costs (I believe there is some old equipment on the site). If the next round of drilling shows the same success as earlier drilling, maybe Goldcorp (neighbor) comes up to the plate and goes full bore. Who knows. We're a project generator. If we attract other companies to join us as partners, there is alot that can go on in 2 years. I asked Karl and Craig that with the amount of projects we have, were their hands full? The answer was.."we are always looking". If they can keep getting the kind of deals they are signing, all I can say is "Keep the pipeline full boys". I see more partners this year. My opinion.
