texpert: you got it..

texpert: you got it..If Seguin (CFO) continues to harp about recurring revenues instead of the reality of recurring losses, BOD should fire him too. Having spoken to a number of VC pundits, the verdict is CIC has innovative technology- but simply doesn't know how to make money from it. Reminds me of Irridium- the Motorola satellite phone venture which died - until it was more recently resurrected profitably. I think CIC's large shareholders should insist new management turn things around without CIC having to fall on its knees. Its nor about contracts: its about how much CIc will be paid -up front and recurring. Any CIC CEO who can't make revenues grow on average by a minimum of 15% per Q should be replaced at the end of their contract. A bit drastic but CIC needs drastic measures to build a profitable business. Seguin better demonstrate he has overcome Mikey's inertia or he will be dragging CIc down as much as the former CEO. CIc shareholders need to remain tough with management laggards.
