RE: problem with a PPHerbacious already mentioned there was a PP! He would not of mentioned this if he did not do his DD! I'm sure when it close's, there will be a stream of NR's. I do not believe management will hold onto these NR's and allow the stock price to float around the PP price for 3-4 months as another poster alluded to. Still it leaves questions as to why a PP now and why at this price? Was this done for the convenience of.....who.......and if true; pisses me off! Wes
