RE: THE DATA ROOM A possible side effect of the data room is that there are 40 companies who have signed the non-disclosure statements and are thereby privy to the individual drill hole data. If you take that one step further you can probably assume that those 40 companies cannot trade PAX stock because they technically have inside information or the non-disclosure agreements might specifically forbid them from trading PAX stock on the open market. This may be the answer to those who ask why companies don't buy cheap PAX shares on the open market if the deposit is so desirable. I rarely bug Harlan, but if anyone feels so inclined, ask him about it.
