over again and again and then lick the wounds.But remember with your $$$$ "invested" in ICS,you own the house and they are the gardeners
who look after your house and if you don't like the garden you would fire the gardener.
They spend your money without giving you a return and think they can shake the money tree over and over again and dilute your invested dollars more and more..The gardener didn't do the job,the gardener has to be fired.
Massive losses quarter after quarter,spending like drunken sailor's,new VP's falling over each other.I don't think they even know what making a profit means.
