I believe it is because the amount of uranium that was purchased was relatively small another reason is the fluctuations in the market. In regards to the amount of U sold at $113, the market is probably waiting for future auctions with larger amounts to either reaffirm the current price. If the price holds, the market will accept the $113 per lb as firm and this stock should head upward into the $5 range.
