iT WILL COST $200 MILLION TO BUILD THE MINE. IF YOU READ THE PRESS RELEASE YOU WILL SEE IT IS A BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING. DO YOU THINK THE THE INSTITUTIONS, WHO ARE SMARTER THAN YOU AND ME, ARE SAYING "I GOTTA HAVE SOME OF THIS BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO 4 BUCKS." THEY WANT AT LEAST A DOUBLE.
