Its properties also include Sukuvaara Prospect, Launi West Property, Sila Property, Savu Property, Auermaa Property, and others. Its JV area includes discoveries, such as Helmi Prospect, Vuoma Prospect, Kutuvuoma Prospect, Kutuvuoma East Prospect, Sinerma Prospect, and Kiekeromaa Prospect.

RE: Halted Again!SWP knew they would'nt get enough tendered shares by Apr.25th even after extended offer of Apr.13th.If JRI walks away AU will have to pay JRI a termination fee of $24million.Disidents may not tender their shares to SWP in order to keep AU a Manitoba Corporation headed by JRI. SWP will ultimately have a heavy debt load after some 43plus million share dilution to finance the takeover.But stranger things have happened before and JRI could counter bid a better offer only INSIDERS of these corporations know the outcome and become wealthy in the process.
