Weekend Research Part Two - AgreementsBackground:
After reading the Consolidated press releases (RECENTLY) and the PAST Sedar MD & A’s – I have drawn the conclusion that Consolidated AGX Resources (V.CSX) only holds one Asset and that is the Batovi Property in Brazil.
Looking deeper into CSX and directing your attention to a quote from the recently announced Private Placement – “Proceeds of $1.2 million will be used to pay existing payables, for working capital and identification of new assets.” Nothing was said or mentioned about the Batovi Property in Brazil. Normally companies when raising CAPITAL would say something like “Proceeds of the private placement will be used for further exploration of their Batovi property… plus….yadda yadda ya”
Follow my thoughts:
Where I am going with this, and completely speculative on my part… but there was no mention anywhere in the PP announcement that any portion of the capital raised would be used to further advance there primary property asset… Taking this into consideration and the fact the word “agreement” has been loosely thrown around lately leads me to think the property is part or the agreement?
In the last few days, in a few of my previous posts, I shared my thoughts on reasons for the delays and why I accept a fair amount of secrecy has unfolded to prevent other companies from taking advantage of this information to do surround staking or acquiring additional claims.
A few Facts:
*Chuck Fipke (CSX) holds a large claim in Brazil nested in the middle of Iciena claims.
*Iciena pissed the Good doctor off years ago by staking massive claims, almost the entire surrounding land area around Chucks (CSX) claim. (175,000 hectares)
* Iciena and Chuck (CSX) resolved there difference, which led to Iciena farming into 20% of Chucks (CSX) Batovi claim in 2002, which still left Iciena holding 100% ownership of their adjoining claims.
*Chuck reputation is well known as a person who closely guards all exploration data in his pursuit to advance efforts towards finding or determining a possible direction and location of this source kimberlite rock.
*All along Iciena has been struggling but holding on as it desperately awaits the news needed for a junior to survive… in the past THIS has resulted in CONFLICT amongst both parties especially from Iciena prospective as they try aggressively to get anything materialistic out of the CF Mineral lab or for that matter Chuck Fipke to disseminate. (An apposed Gag order by Chuck)
Conclusion thoughts:
With that said and my continuation on the secrecy speculation…. The more I read, the more I dig, and the more I review – it gets me thinking the secrecy was held because the Good Doctor is onto something (my thoughts) but has kept the information tightly secret because I believe the trend hosting source is located slap dab on or for that matter a great majority of it is on Iciena’s 100 percent held claims.
Now that the Good Doctor appears to have “come out of the bush” and if rumors hold true, that initiated talk agreements are underway… and based on the above, it would appear as if the Batovi property maybe coming over to Iciena territory and the delays of late are because of negotiation's with all parties. I bet once these agreements get finalized and announced, Chuck Fipke will let us all hear & see the lay of the land and what he as the lead prospector of this project has DISCOVERED?
If my speculation is correct… I hope Iciena stands tall and negotiate as if they have the source host kimberlite rock?
Once again my thoughts… but has me REALLY THINKING TODAY
