Although the trading systems are so complex I haven't a clue how all this crap happens in various jurisdictions.
The naked shorting video was a real eye opener although I'm old enough to have noticed that the markets in general are driven by greed and corruption. All the way from naked shorting, to CEO's that lie and take way too much money out of the company for what they do! I like President Bush's recent comments that if the CEO's don't start to tone down the compensation they receive that he just may step in and do something about it!
This is all part of the game we have chosen to play in, and it's getting old for me!
