INSIDER - illegal trading class action
I believe we have an illegal insiders trading here with an amount of 500,000 shares at a price greater than 0.08 which comes to a total of over $40,000 plus. Paul Larkin should as of today retroactively return the shares and money gained; otherwise TSX will have to intervene. I am making this public and want all shareholders to know that a class action law suit will be filed immediately against Paul Larkin. This is simply illegal insider trading and Paul Larkin has to be punished and forbidden from working in any capacity with this company or any other.
As of today all shareholders have a chance to show support for illegal insider trading or come aboard a class action law suit against alleged perpetrator of illegal trading. Attorney has not been chosen therefore it is open who will file the class action suit on behalf of TRIUMPH GOLD CORP shareholders.
I repeat there is no room for illegal trading whether it is $40,000 or 40 cents. This is not a laughing matter and at the same time all manipulations should be investigated by TSX, again this is made public for all shareholders to voice their opinion.
