RE: 12 cent bid/ask???

RE: 12 cent bid/ask???Hi boatboy, I am working nightshift and was asleep all day so I missed all the action today, sorry I didn't respond earlier. Here is my 2 cents worth about the lack of bids. Sometimes on these junior stocks there will be a lack of bids near the open. I am assuming that is what happened here with TAL today. I see it all the time with junior stocks, especially with ones that don't trade much. And just because the bid was 12.5 cents it didn't mean that somebody was willing to sell at that price. Somebody was testing the waters to see if they would get any takers. This is the market place with lots of buyers and sellers so some days will be better than others. Perhaps all the money boys slept in today or the market maker fell asleep at the wheel. Nothing to be concerned about IMHO but if it contiunes for an extended period of time than it could be a problem. They were probably trying to scare some nervous nellies into selling right before another big run up, I see that a lot as well. Looks like it recovered well and there were actually some large bids at the close from the look of it. I agree though it does make you nerous seeing a lack of bids from time to time. Very soon we may see a lack of asks when all the selling dries up and the stock takes off. I am going to stick with TAL because I have a gut feeling there are good things coming down the chute with this one. I am excellent at picking stocks and knowing when to buy, but for christ sake don't ask me when you should sell because I am horrible at it. I always get too damn greedy. The fun hasn't even started with this one yet, it should be good for at least a double or triple and if they hit well, who the hell knows where she could end up!!! Mega!!!
