Annual and Financials

Annual and FinancialsI lifted this from another chat site but it is very important and I think that David/AUGEN will stand out. I think that this year's meeting and the financial's are the perfect measuring stick for our future. The Advisory Board is awesome, management is lined iup as shareholders, AUGEN has done much on Corp governance, etc so we can expect good things. There is no greater way to attract future shareholders and opportunities than through this means. The rest of the story is awesome - EFR, Jerome Mine property, Ploar Bear drilling prospects, fee for service business, and a great line up of names in the proprietary portfolio. ================================================================ As I was reading an article in Toronto Life by Roger Martin (dean of the U of T business school) this morning, the following quote resonated with me: "That’s why the most important thing for shareholders to know is the moral character of the executive team and in particular the CEO. A CEO of strong moral fibre will cause a ripple effect of positive selection through the board, auditors and legal counsel, while a CEO without will cause a tidal wave of adverse selection through the entire governance structure"
