RE: YLLJust to expand on what RGS correctly pointed out, there were approximately 750,000 warrants outstanding as of January from a previous placement, with an exercise price of 25 cents. Those warrants expire in just a few days, on April 25th. So that is a lot of paper to absorb in a thinly traded stock and anyone who has been watching the trading will note that each time YLL climbed above the 30 cent level, someone was selling a large chunk into the market. I would assume that is the cheap paper hitting the float, and in effect it has capped the progress of the stock. The good news is that there have been buyers willing to grab that paper and support the stock at the current price range, building the base for a possible surge later in the year once we starting getting news from the drilling results. In a few more days those sellers will start to disappear after the warrants have all been cashed in. And the treasury is getting a cash injection as well, which is good news.
I am bullish as hell on YLL. I have been to visit the Urique Property and they have a winner there, IMO. It may take a few rounds of drilling later this year to get an idea of just how much blue-sky potential we have, but just look at a map to see that this is a huge project, in the middle of an intensely mineralized district with several very large deposits. Our early fieldwork has already identified several large zones and high grade vein structures. So I think it is worth waiting through this chop in the trading to see what kind of results we may see when they get around to drilling that project.
I understand that seven drill holes have been completed so far in Zacatecas, and I would expect that we could be hearing the assay results as early as May. YLL has a tight float, so if they come up with any drill intersections even close to the silver grades reported from sampling of outcrops and historic ore dumps (1,337 g/t silver in outcrop and 2180 g/t in an ore dump) then this stock could make a huge move higher.
YLL has the three things investors should look for in a junior: A tight float, excellent discovery potential, and aggressive exploration activity. Now its worth just waiting to see what kind of results they can come up with.
cheers!
