RE: Cramer''''s "Green Day" was April 2, 2007jewel1,
I have said this on this forum several times but I think it is important enough to repeat. While THAI will provide a more enviro friendly way of extraction, there is no way in H*LL that this could ever, EVER be touted as a so-called green stock. How can something that has as its sole purpose the production of previously uneconomic heavy oil/shale deposits for subsequent burning to produce more greenhouse gases be considered green? Anyway, I did add to my pbg position today due to the obvious opportunity that presented itself.
O/T: FWIW, I've sold most of my U plays and my moly play that I had prior to molymania. The easy money has been made, for now in many people's opinions. I'm definitely not selling any gold and silver; these along w/ cash (for opportunities) are 'can't miss holdings' over the next few months and years. It just adds to my comfort level that Don Coxe's main theme these past few weeks are the end of the long bond (which is also negative for financials) and to be long base metals, energy (esp Cdn oil sands), agriculture and now GOLD.
