The advantage that they have over other juniors is their new groundwater exploration technology, where they take chemical samples from the water in the valleys and send it to a lab. This is a fancier way of finding where the best spots are to drill, but it is also alot cheaper than traditional methods with cost cuts of up to 80%.
I think that there is alot of behind the scenes talks going on to aquire the other properties that their sample program has uncovered. They have taken over 2,500 samples over the last 2 years and have found 20 highly prospective targets. They currently own the mineral rights on only 2 properties - Hot Pot and Fletcher Junction.
Another plus is over half of the company is owned by insiders. Nevada Exploration has good management and there is some smart money involved in this one.
