Why GCX will not sell SGA Shares
Why GCX will not sell SGA SharesAfter doing some research it appears my theory on Gold Ridges Semi-refractory ore, and treating it with Golden China Resources Bacteria Oxidation Plant in China, may be true after all.
From an old Michelago PR, dated May 25th, 2005 they say on page 1:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Within five years Michelago expects the mine to be accessing deeper refractory ore that contains arsenic and sulphur, which could be treated at Michelago's BioGold bacterial oxidation processing plant in China. "
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
With Refractory Gold Ore recovery rates can be as low as 15% to 30% without pretreatment. Since some of our gold ore is only semi-refractory, some as in a known 26% of the total so far, our recovery rates would be better and estimated in the high 60's, to the low 70's percent range. But by the company blended this ore with non-refractory ore, they can achieve an overall recovery rate of 82% to 83%.
However, with relatively inexpensive Bio Pretreatment, inexpensive that is once you have the license for this technology like Golden China Resources does, recovery rates can easily shoot up to 90% to 95%.
An important point to keep in mind is that something like only 4% of all our drill holes have gone deeper then 100M at Gold Ridge. Out of that less than 1% have gone beyond (was it) 150M. That means SGA could quite easily be sitting on a mountain of gold beneath them right now and not know it.
But if this is true it will probably also be semi-refractory or refractory ore bodies as Michelago says it "expects the mine to be accessing deeper refractory ore that contains arsenic and sulphur". So Bio Pretreatment could become critical later on in the mine life.
Who says this Management lacks direction? They know exactly what they are doing and have the people in place right now to do it. They only need to get a decent share price appreciation, which will come with time, to be off to the races.
Here is the LINK to that Quote as it does talk about Gold Ridge a little more in detail, and Michelago's (now Golden China Resources) connection with them.
