RE: My View on the Weakness in SPYes, that permitting issue was out a week or two ago.
PWE has many projects and get permitting on one of them thrue the "hard" way against active local resistance is probably of rather low total fundamental relative to total PWE value and especially if you look at the POTENTIAL of all other projects.
But in a weak market it may cause som potential sellers to act faster.
