PLI should buy HML

PLI should buy HMLI think it is a no brainer. PLI should offer to buy HML from the receiver. a) They are the best positioned with knowledge of the crucial process and need the least training of new people. b) The expensive facility necessary is now available for pennies on the dollar. c) The downstream revenue from the process promises to be large. d) The overhead for PLI would be lower than for any competition since they need not pay anyone royalties on the process and they already have people schooled in the process. e) If financing based on the downstream revenue is available for others, it should certainly be available for PLI who would be the lowest cost producer. f) The longer the takeover process stalls while OTHERS try to nickel and dime HML -- PLI suffers with delayed revenue and uncertainty.
