I would think they could put in a clause that if the rules are relaxed in the future then they convert to voting shares, especially if they felt a relaxing of the rules is going to happen eventually. Also I was wondering what kind of money are we talking about to do a full roll out in Que/Ont? I don't believe an actual rough dollar figure has been mentioned has it? Curious as to how deep the pockets we need to align with have to be?<<<<
