Actually Teck invested $30 MillionThey would be better to invest in SNO rather than exercise those warrants....JMHO Say a placement in SNO for 10 million shares @ .50 with a full wt @ $1.00 I'd be pitching that at Teck If I was Bob.... JMHO $5 million for Teck is chump change, and this would endorse the project and provide all the funds for a very large summer project this year.... otherwise we loose another year.... Units consist of a total of 30 million common shares and 22,109,757 common share purchase warrants. Three series of common share purchase warrants have been issued and consist of: 7,369,919 warrants exercisable at a price of $1.20 per share until Nov. 30, 2007; 7,369,919 warrants exercisable at a price of $1.35 per share until Nov. 30, 2008; and 7,369,919 warrants exercisable at a price of $1.50 per share until Nov. 30, 2009.
